I collaborated with Solutions and Field Marketing teams to develop a scalable framework for regional industry events. The system provided guidance on how event spaces should be designed to align with Altair’s brand and messaging.

Using approved corporate and industry-specific messaging, we created a flexible toolkit of visuals, video, and collateral that regional teams could adapt to their booth space based on booth size, venue requirements, and budget.

To reduce printing costs, simplify logistics, and eliminate unnecessary waste, we adopted a more sustainable approach to event communications. Instead of producing large quantities of printed materials, event-specific postcards were developed featuring QR codes that directed visitors to custom landing pages.

These landing pages highlighted relevant customer stories, case studies, videos, and product content tailored to the event audience. They also included mechanisms that enabled post-event communication between attendees and Altair’s sales and technical teams.

Both the postcards and landing pages were designed to be reused across regions—either deployed as-is or easily localized—reducing duplication of effort while ensuring consistent brand presentation worldwide.
